PREPARATION

Let it thaw in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours. Before serving, let it set for a few minutes at room temperature. Unmold to a plate, if you want to finish with a topping to taste, such as a red fruit couli, and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTES: Leite, nata (33%) [leitelho, óleo vegetal totalmente hidrogenado (palma), nata (6%) (leite), óleo vegetal (palma), leitelho em pó, emulsionantes: E472(b), E475, E435, E471, E433, estabilizadores: E410, E407, sal, aromas naturais (leite), corante: E160(a)], nata (9%) [nata (M.G.20%), amido modificado, emulsionantes (E472b e E471) e estabilizador (E407)], açúcar, gelatina em pó [gelatina em pó], aroma [água, aroma, estabilizador (goma xantana (E415)), acidificante (acido cítrico (E330)), corantes (caramelo amoniacal (E150c), caramelo sulfito de amónio (E150d)) e conservante (sorbato de potássio (E202))].
