CODFISH WITH BREAD AND CREAM

PREPARATION

Microwave: Take the product out of the plastic packaging and heat it to 700 W for 10 minutes. Do not use the microwave grill.

Oven (200ºC): Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Remove the product from the plastic bag and heat for 45 minutes. Do not use the oven grill.

INGREDIENTS: Cod (Gadus morhua) (26%), water, cream [cream, modified starch, emulsifiers (E472b and E471) and stabilizer (E407)], bread [wheat flour, rye flour, water, yeast, salt, improver ( wheat flour, anti-caking agent (E170), malt flour, emulsifier (E472), flour treatment agent (E300 and enzymes)], onion, carrot, potato flakes [potato, emulsifier (E471), stabilizer (E450) , antioxidant (E304 and E330), preservative (sodium metabisulphite)], milk, garlic, parsley, salt, vegetable cream (sunflower oils, vegetable fats (palm fat, palmestearin and palmaolein in varying proportions), water, salt , emulsifiers (lecithin, fatty acid mono and oliglycerides), whey powder, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavorings, vitamin A, vitamin D and dye (beta carotene)], liquid egg, spices and bay leaf.
