SALTED CARAMEL LAVA CAKE

PREPARATION

Oven: Preheat the oven to 150°C for 10 minutes. Without defrosting, place the product in a container suitable for the oven and heat for about 17 to 20 minutes at 150ºC.

Microwave: Without defrosting, place the product in a microwave-safe container and heat for about 30 to 40 seconds at 900W; or for about 50 to 50 seconds at 500W (estimated times for setting up a unit). Keep up with the warm-up.

INGREDIENTS: Caramel preparation (39%) [sugar, wheat flour, powdered egg, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, vegetable oils (palm, sunflower), glucose syrup, egg white powder, salt, coloring (plain caramel) , aroma, wheat starch, milk protein, thickener (xanthan gum) and emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids)], salted caramel cream (29%) [water, sugar, condensed milk (milk, sugar), caramel (10% - sugar, water), salted butter (pasteurized cream (milk), salt (0.096%), lactic ferments (milk)), modified corn starch, food coloring (apple concentrate, carrot, hibiscus, safflower , lemon, radish and black currant), salt (0.45%), natural flavoring, preservative (potassium sorbate), thickener (gellan gum), acidity regulators (lactic acid, sodium citrate)], water, sunflower and salt (0.1%).

Contains gluten, eggs and milk. May contain traces of soy, nuts, sesame seeds and sulfites.

SUGGESTION: Accompany with fruit and / or a scoop of ice cream.
