CODFISH WITH CREAM | CATERING

PREPARATION

Microwave: Unpack the product and heat to 700 W for 10 minutes. Do not use the microwave grill.

Oven (200ºC): Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Remove the plastic film / cardboard cover and heat for 1h15 (time depends on the equipment used). Do not use the oven grill. Do not heat to temperatures above 200ºC.

INGREDIENTS: Codfish ( Gadus morhua ) (40%), milk , potato, onion, cream (5%) [ cream, modified starch, emulsifiers (E 472b and E 471) and stabilizer (E 407)], water, wheat flour, margarine [palm and sunflower vegetable oils and fats, water, salt, whey powder, emulsifiers (lecithin mono and fatty acid diglycerides), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavorings, colorant (-carotene) and vitamins A and D], leek, carrot , garlic, olive oil, refined sunflower oil, salt and spices. Contains fish, milk, cream and wheat.

Primary packaging: Aluminum cuvette with lid and sealed with shrink film.

Secondary packaging: Master carton with label.

Place of Sale: Stores for sale to the public equipped with conservation frozen.

Recommendations: Once the defrost process has started, do not freeze again. Due to a manual extraction process, exceptionally there may be some spine.
